Daytime (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) $50-$125 Evening/Weekend (5-11 pm, M-F, all Sat & Sun) $100-$200 Alcove Room First-floor room, approximately 700 square feet, suitable for retreats, meetings or breakout groups of 48 seated, opens into Reception Hall and is included in Reception Hall rental. Daytime (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) $40 - $100 Evening/Weekend (5-11 pm, M-F, all Sat & Sun) $60 - $125 Clifton Room / Crescent Hill Room   First-floor room, approximately 800 square feet, suitable for breakout groups, meetings, retreats and classes for up to 30 people. This room may be divided with a folding wall. Daytime (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) $40 -$100 Evening/Weekend (5-11 pm, M-F, all Sat & Sun) $60 - $125 Frankfort Room Second-level room, approximately 850 square feet, suitable for breakout groups, meetings, retreats and classes for 10 - 45 people This room may be divided with folding wall. Daytime (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) $40 - $100 Evening/Weekend (5-11 pm, M-F, all Sat & Sun) $60 - $125  · The facility's smaller spaces are discounted when groups use the Reception Hall or Auditorium or other multiple spaces.  · Rental fees include tables and chairs, room preparation, limited AV equipment.  · Rates quoted here generally apply to a 4-hour use of the space.  · Special discounts available for nonprofit organizations.  · Users may select caterer of their choice.
