Description: Local Webseries “Bagged and Bored” to Premiere Season Finale

Come enjoy the fun on June 10, 2016, 8PM

After two years of late night shoots, crazy locales, hot dog costumes, badgers, and a lot of blood, sweat, and pogs, Pixel Brain Productions and The Destination Nation Network are thrilled to premiere the first season finale of the beloved Louisville produced webseries, “Bagged and Bored.” Filmed locally at The Destination, a St. Matthew’s comic book and game shop, “Bagged and Bored” chronicles the retail misadventures of a comic book shop owner and his staff as they struggle against slumping sales, navigate the perils of day-today life, and battle their rivals and regulars. In short, they have issues. Each episode features the talents of Louisville based actors, comedians, musicians, and artists, whose efforts combined with all local writers and crew, have created a unique, professional, and hilarious series that is entertaining for hard core geeks, casual nerds, and anyone who could use a good laugh. "It's easy to talk about passion projects, but it's extremely rare that they are completed, but we did it with Bagged and Bored,” said series creator and director Matt Gaither. “We’ve accomplished a huge goal to create, shoot, and produce a comedy web series that anyone can watch at anytime. I truly believe that the show and the people who work on it are some of Louisville's best kept secrets, and we hope
everyone will come celebrate with us!”

The Season Finale event will take place on Friday, June 10, 2016 at The Clifton Center’s Eifler Theatre, 2117 Payne Street, Louisville, KY, 40206.

Doors open at 7:30 PM, and the presentation will be begin at
    8:00 PM.

The evening will be hosted by comedian/actor Sean Keller, with appearances and comedy from series regulars and guest stars. Another feature of the evening will be behind the scenes videos, covering the making of the music, stunt combat, blooper reels, and more. The night will culminate in the screening of the Season One Finale Episode, “Destination Unknown.” This show is rated PG13.

Snacks, sodas, and merchandise will be available for purchase. There is a suggested donation of $5 at the door, and all proceeds from the evening will go toward funding Season 2.
