Give-A-Jam to End Homelessness

Last year, the first annual Give-A-Jam to End Homelessness raised more than $8,500 in support of the Coalition for the Homeless’ efforts to eliminate homelessness in our community. On December 20, 2012 we’ll do it again with the goal of raising $10,000, and you can help!
The Give-A-Jam is all about celebrating the fact that everyone can do something to help. Musicians and chefs will donate their talents at the event. Sound engineers will give their time, printers will print and designers will design, all in support of our goal to help people who need it the most. So what can YOU do?
How about donating something for the Give-A-Jam auction? You can donate a sweater you knitted or a piece of pottery you made. If you own a business, how about donating a gift certificate? Maybe you don’t own a business, but you’re pretty good at cleaning gutters or washing cars. Then make up a gift certificate and we’ll sell it for you! Use your imagination! In the end, it’s about giving it your best shot. So show you GIVE-A-JAM and donate the most valuable thing you have: YOUR TIME AND TALENT!
